 We came to Guatemala with the main purpose of learning the basics of Spanish. The schools in Antigua are pretty cheap (only a little more expensive than in Quetzaltenango), and it’s still not too far (about an hour or an hour and a half) from the airport in Guatemala City (whereas I think that Quetzaltenango is about 4 hours from Guatemala City). It was $525 for both of us to have 5 days of one-on-one tutoring (from 8 AM – 1 PM with a half hour break at 10 AM), and that includes our lodging and almost all of our meals. Unfortunately, it didn’t include our beer :(

 We LOVE Mexico City! I can’t believe that we’ve never come here before – it’s so cheap to get here; super cheap once you’re here; and a great city on top of that.
 Colin and I had SO MUCH fun on our marriage celebration cruise with 52 of our friends and family members!! Ok, let me back up... I didn't want to do a wedding. I haven't wanted to do a wedding in years because I think it's a waste of money, but also, I'd be the worst bridezilla EVERRRR. Seriously, I am so OCD that nothing could have gone perfectly enough for me (self-reflection - oh heyyyy). Colin decided that he was on board, so instead, we did a 3 night cruise (Royal Caribbean) to the Bahamas (Nassau & CocoCay) out of the port (Cape Canaveral, FL) near my hometown (Cocoa, FL).
